The HR Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the human resource and employment-related activities.
Maintains employee personnel records.
Coordinates use of temporary employees.
Manages the time & attendance system Assists employees with paperwork, on-line systems, claim processes, etc.
related to benefits, employee demographics, disabilities, FMLA, pay, etc.
Performs duties related to recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring, orientation, ongoing training, etc.
Processes new hire paperwork, forms, etc.
and ensures proper maintenance of forms Helps process performance reviews, employment change forms, etc.
Prepares various reports and maintains files as required.
Performs other duties as required.
Salary:
$9.
24 - $16.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
