Machine Technician

The Machine Technician will start and monitor builds on 3D printers and clean parts.
Printer startup
Perform visionary check on running 3D printers.
Build and part break-out
Clean parts
Part Inspection
Secondary processing of parts, including part repair, joining and bonding, machining, installing threaded inserts, bead-blasting, surface finishing, and coating, as required.
Document build information.
Perform preventative maintenance on printers
Perform related duties as needed.
Ensure work areas are clean and orderly.
Education and Training:
High school diploma or GED required
3D design software knowledge a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Basic computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail, quality conscious individual
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Ability to use basic measuring tools
Ability to delicately hand finish small parts using various hand tools
Visual and dimensional quality inspection

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
