The primary responsibilities of the Team Leader include providing support and assistance to the Resource Coordinators, conducting regular meetings to reconsider treatment plans and discuss the needs of children and families, reviewing documentation and expense reports prior to submittal and supporting with covering caseloads when necessary. Additional functions involve assisting with the recruitment of foster care families, promoting the services of the organization in an attempt to attract more clients and ensuring that all Resource Coordinators under their supervision provide timely and appropriate services to their clients. The Team Leader will maintain a small caseload of children that they deal with directly.
