It is the accountability of Human Resource Manager to develop policies, direct, and coordinate human resources activities such as employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, GPI culture, training, and employee services by executing the responsibilities as assigned. Human Resource Manager will be answerable for promoting and maintaining affirmative action program; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations. The ideal candidate will take part in the development of an effective workforce and to a positive working environment in the Plant via employee development training, coordination of employee programs, etc. Counsels and advises management and employees on problem resolution, supervisory discretion, and policy interpretation.
Requirement
5 years human resources management experience
Education
Bachelor's degree

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
