Clinical Social Worker - Full Time If you see yourself a good fit you should possess the following:
Degree in Social Work from a school or university accredited by the council on Social Work education - preferable MSW, but BSW encouraged to applyKnowledge of the medical case management process, needs of geriatric patients, health care settings, working knowledge of funding resources such as Medicare Part A, B, C, ad D, Medicaid, Managed Care and other private insurancesImagination and creative ability, skill in working cooperatively with other professionals, ability to organize and carry out responsibilities efficiently and effectivelyAbility to communicate effectively and appropriately both verbally and in writing in a wide variety of circumstancesLong Term Care experienced preferred Position Highlights:
Implementing a comprehensive social services program that provides support services for patients and families in the centerDemonstrating teamwork characteristics by building a positive team approach Ensuring the quality of social services rendered by the centerUnderstanding and abiding by established policies of the health care center and interpret them to concerned partiesProviding direction to department in meeting center's goals and objectives Requirements:
